Credit cards are charged when your order is shipped and only for the items shipped and the shipping cost. MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE (MAP) POLICY: All purchases of products are subject to the Be Home MAP policy available at www.wholesale.behome.com/ MAP STATE TAX ID NUMBER: All wholesale customers must supply their State Tax ID number to Be Home for tax accounting purposes. SHIPPING: In-stock items usually ship within 7 business days from the time the order is received. You should receive your order in 5–7 business days from the time it ships, depending on location. We use UPS Ground shipping. Palletized orders are shipped via the best and most cost-effective carrier of our choice. ORDERING: Our minimum opening order is $600.00 and our minimum reorder is $300.00. BACKORDERS: Backorders over $75.00 will be shipped automatically within 180 days of initial shipment if the product becomes available. Upon receipt, please inspect your order carefully and completely, and notify us of any damages within 5 business days. In the case of damaged boxes that may result in a carrier claim, please photograph the box and packaging. Damages incurred during shipping must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
