Customers residing in the UK, France, Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands will be subject to a credit analysis with our insurance partner, Allianz. If favorably evaluated, they can benefit from a 30-day payment term. We also offer the option of payment via a secure link, with a fee of 3%. ORDERING: Our minimum opening order is €600.00 and our minimum reorder is €300.00. SHIPPING: We are not liable for any delays in shipments. In-stock items are generally shipped within 2 business days following the receipt of your payment. Orders are shipped via the most suitable and economical carrier of our choice. BACKORDERS: In the case of partial delivery, out-of-stock items will be clearly indicated on the packing list and/or the issued invoice. Additionally, as soon as the missing items become available again, we will immediately inform our customers so they can decide on the necessary actions, whether to complete their order or request a refund.
